2. Barrie Waterfront Festival

Date: May 25 - 27, 2018
Location: Heritage Park, Downtown Barrie
Description:  The 14th Annual spring line-up will present live bands from a variety of genres.  For your added enjoyment, free outdoor entertainment will be brought to the table: street buskers, a midway with rides, face painting, street vendors, fresh food, treats, contests and food trucks.

3.  Celebrate Barrie

Date: June 2, 2018
Location: Centennial Park
Description: Celebrate our community with free family fun! Join us for free fun for all ages, including inflatables, educational displays, heritage village, entertainment, over 50 community groups providing activities, and so much more!
 
4. Canadian Armed Forces Day & Air Show
Cost: Free
Date: Jun 2 & 3, 2018
Location: Base Borden
Description: Includes an extensive number of military ground displays, army vehicles, Forward Operating Base and specialty events. The Air Show will feature the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, CF-18 Hornet Fighter Jet, the Canadian Forces SkyHawks Parachute Team and several other Royal Canadian Air Force aircraft and Canadian warbirds.

1. Barrie Farmers Market

Description: The fishing fun doesn't stop with the warm weather! In the winter months, the ice-covered Kempenfelt Bay becomes home to a village of ice huts. Come and try ice fishing in Barrie this winter. You'll fall for it, hook, line and sinker!

1. Base Borden Military Museum
