Hardwood Hills - Rock Climbing and Mountain Biking
Feel the adrenaline rush of a 32-foot rock climbing tower and mountain bike trails. Your Group can experience a half-day of riding fantastic trails and the balance of the day climbing a new 32 ft outdoor Climbing Tower. Experienced and safety-conscious instructors will guide the day. Hardwood Hills offers flexible programming options accommodating groups of up to 60 people. Meeting rooms and catering are also available.

Kempenfelt Conference Centre Facilities and Activities
The Kempenfelt Conference Centre offers a vast array of both indoor and outdoor facilities, specifically tailored to assist your group in its team-building activities. Indoors, the group can enjoy a sauna, hot-tub/whirlpool, fitness centre, and games room. Outdoor activities include tennis, badminton, golf driving nets, horseshoes, bicycles, basketball, baseball, soccer, and volleyball. Because the Centre is located on the shores of beautiful Kempenfelt Bay, guests can swim (water socks recommended) or take a paddleboat cruise. Bonfires on the beach can also be arranged with advanced notice. In the winter season, guests can enjoy quiet snowy walks or they can visit one of the many cross country or alpine ski resorts in the area.

Liaison College of Culinary Arts
Teamwork in the kitchen leads to teamwork on the job. Liaison College welcomes and encourages "team building" workshops which focus on cooking and preparing a meal. The workshops bring out creativity and enhance the skills of individuals while reinforcing cooperation, achievement and morale as a group. Workshops are "hands on" and task oriented. Sessions usually run from 2 1/2 - 3 hours and can be scheduled during the day or in the evening when classroom space is available. Costs range from $85 to $115 per person, depending on the menu, beverages and amount of time and preparation needed. At the end of each session, participants will enjoy eating the meal they cooked together.
