Sunnidale Park

It’s hard to believe but this Barrie-favorite destination gets even better in the fall. The 48.5-acre park features playground equipment, the Dorian Parker Community Centre, the Barrie Arboretum, and many great trails on the main path and through the forest. With so much space, social distancing is effortless and free parking seals the deal. Perfect for some quality outdoor time with family!

Tiffin Centre for Conservation

The Tiffin Centre for Conservation is a great four-season destination for environmental and recreational education. With 300+ acres, the property is home to great trails, disk golf and more, now is the perfect time to explore this outdoor experience! Head over for a walk or bring your gear and bike and adventure through 17 km of looped trails that meander through a mixture of wetlands, forests, open meadows and ancient lake beds. An extra little perk, leashed canine visitors welcome!


Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre

Open 362 days of the year, Wye Marsh has 3,000 acres of provincially significant wetlands and woodlands to explore in the Heart of Georgian Bay.
