COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

Tourism Barrie's top priority is the health and safety of our community and visitors. As of April 8th, 2021 the province of Ontario, including the City of Barrie, has moved into a state of emergency and a stay-at-home order, which means enhanced restrictions and closures remain in place across multiple sectors to control transmission.

For all restrictions, click here.

Please remember to always stay home if you have symptoms of COVID-19, physically distance by staying two metres apart from people you don't live with, wear a mask or face covering in indoor public spaces and avoid non-essential travel.

The Barrie & Area tourism industry looks forward to welcoming you back to the region to explore, shop, and dine when the time is right. As the situation continues to change frequently, if you have questions regarding a specific business, we recommend visiting their website or social media channels directly for the most up-to-date information.

Stay Strong, Stay Local, and keep in your bubble to prevent the spread of the virus.
