2. Disc Golf

Description: Barrie's first disc golf course offer great fun for the whole family. the course features a parking area, designated fairways and signage. the fairways are located on a combination of meadow tableland and hilly forest. Please be sure to bring your own discs! Frisbees are a great substitute!

3. Fishing on Kempenfelt Bay

Description:  A free summer series offering a diverse range of entertainment in Downtown Barrie every Wednesday evening, weather permitting. The Barrie Thunder Classics showcase their classic and custom cars and trucks, and the Barrie Film Festival presents free outdoor screenings on select evenings. Don't forget to bring your lawn chair. 

2. Classics in the Park Car Show

Description: The Barrie Thunder Classics are hosting the annual Classics in the Park Car Show at Heritage Park in beautiful Downtown Barrie on the shores of Kempenfelt Bay. We have over 300 classic and collector cars and trucks expected to attend!

3. 48th Annual Kempenfest

Location: Waterfront Parks
Description: Held annually on the August long weekend. Features over 300 artisans, an antique show, food vendors, midway, children's activities, and an amazing line-up of live entertainment. A Barrie long weekend tradition not to be missed.
