The South Asian Association of Simcoe County (SAASC) is thrilled to announce the finale event of the year: a spectacular Diwali and Karwachauth Mela and Henna Celebration! Join us for an unforgettable evening of culture, community, and celebration.

This year’s event promises to be Barrie’s longest-running Diwali celebration, featuring a double celebration that showcases the vibrant South Asian culture.
Activities Include:
- Amazing Vendors and Food Stalls: Savour mouth-watering delicacies and shop for unique items from local vendors.
- Performances and Workshops: Enjoy captivating performances and participate in interactive workshops highlighting traditional arts and crafts.
- The Biggest Henna Party: Get your hands adorned with beautiful henna designs in our largest henna party yet!
- Interactive Booths: Engage with cultural displays and activities, providing plenty of photo opportunities.
- Dance Party: Cap off the night with a lively dance party to keep the festive spirit alive!
