Solidaridad Tango: Nominated for two Canadian Folk Music Awards in 2025, Solidaridad Tango is North America’s original all-woman, diversity-affirming tango ensemble. It was founded in 2021 by Aparna Halpé, to create fair work, professional development, and performance opportunities for women tango musicians.
