Something Rotten! Jr.
Something Rotten! JR. is a one-hour, family-friendly musical comedy adapted from the Broadway hit and designed specifically for young performers. Set in the 1590s, the story follows the Bottom Brothers as they try to outshine the biggest star of the Renaissance, William Shakespeare, by creating the world’s very first musical. What follows is a fast-paced, laugh-out-loud journey filled with big ideas, even bigger dreams, and plenty of theatrical chaos.
Packed with energetic song-and-dance numbers, clever humour, and imaginative storytelling, this junior production celebrates creativity, ambition, and the joy of making theatre. Performed by the Junior Triple Threat Program, this is a lively and entertaining show for audiences of all ages.
