2026 Barrie Airshow Weekend
Description:
Look to the skies over Barrie’s beautiful Kempenfelt Bay as iconic aircraft perform inspiring displays of aviation wonder, including the Canadian Forces Snowbirds celebrating their 55th show season. Plus enjoy a weekend in Barrie filled with entertainment and activities for the whole family.
New this year, the 2026 Barrie Airshow, presented by Pratt Homes, will feature a special twilight air display on Saturday evening ending with a fireworks finale!
WHAT'S ON:
Saturday, June 13
The fireworks finale will be presented at no additional cost as it replaces the New Year’s Eve fireworks that were cancelled due to severe weather.
12–8pm: Military displays by CFB Borden at Heritage Park and Meridian Place
12–10pm: Family activities, food/merchandise vendors, and aviation displays at Heritage Park, Meridian Place and on Dunlop Street
- Food and drink vendors at Centennial Park
- Open Air Dunlop
1–10pm: Licensed area featuring Flying Monkeys Craft Brewery at Heritage Park
5:40pm: Opening address & singing of the National Anthem (listen from the speakers located in parks around the waterfront)
Starting at approx. 6pm 2026 Barrie Airshow, presented by Pratt Homes, featuring a special twilight air display
10pm: Fireworks finale
Sunday, June 14
10am–5pm: Military displays by CFB Borden at Heritage Park and Meridian Place
