Barrie is situated on Kempenfelt Bay, Lake Simcoe. Located a 45 minutes North of Pearson Airport, Barrie is easily accessible from the GTA and a gateway to Northern Ontario.
Our growing infrastructure is designed for large scale hosting. A total accommodation capacity of 1400 from May to August. Modern Conference & Meeting space options for events of all sizes and up to 1,500 attendees. Barrie has multiple large Arena’s spaces, including Saldon Arena, with a capacity of up to 4,700 seats.
Barrie has an extensive range of athletic facilities, arena’s, fields, courts, and more, with approachable booking coordination. Our lakefront, trails, and parks are ideal for water sports, endurance events, and outdoor festivals.
