SPORT FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

The Funding for Coaches program in Ontario provides bursaries to help coaches cover the costs of NCCP courses and evaluations. Coaches can get up to $300 per year, with higher support for low-income or Indigenous coaches. Applicants must be Ontario residents and members of a recognized sport organization.

The Grow Grant from the Ontario Trillium Foundation supports established non-profit organizations in expanding successful programs and increasing their community impact. Grants range from $100,000 to $600,000 over two to three years, helping organizations strengthen and scale initiatives that build healthier, more vibrant communities across Ontario.

Provides funding support for programming, events, workshops, activities, and facilities that focus on building participation and engagement in recreation and sport to enhance the broader health and well-being of the community.
